The company was established by Ernesto Malvestiti the 25th of April 1945. It designs and constructs high-precision dies for the cold forming of sheet metal.
First die with components in carbide
We created a die with shearing parts made of carbide and began working with Krupp/Widia (Essen).
We were the first company in Italy to recognise the value and potential of fine blanking and introduce it into the country. We began working closely with Feintool.
We invented the Autograf system: purposely designed dies for the production of packed and rotated rotors and stators for electric motors, with variable heights.
We started a fruitful working relationship with the European Centre for Nuclear Research.
Objective: contribute to the creation of the first particle accelerator in the laboratory in Geneva.
To strengthen the company’s development and enable us to undertake new challenges, we transferred the Fine Blanking division to the new production site in Muggiò.
Expansion of the premises
To meet growing production needs, we doubled the covered operating area at the site in Muggiò.
New generation Autograf
We enhanced the Autograf system, improving the technology and performance.
In the Indian market
Combining globalisation and attention to quality, we started a joint venture with a carefully selected Indian company.
