TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGY
The core division of the company, specialized in the design and construction of precision tools for internal production and for the external market. Over the course of its long history, this division has acquired all the skills necessary to conceive, develop and optimize blanking technology and serve all company business units. To date, it can be considered one of the largest tool shops on the European market.
ELECTRIC MOTOR LAMINATION TOOLS
Production of tools for blanking rotors and stators for electric motors in the EV, automotive, micro-mobility sectors and all non-automotive sectors, such as civil and industrial applications.
FINE BLANKING TOOLS
Production of tools for the automotive market (for example seat recliners, engine distribution systems), heavy duty, textile, electrical sectors, etc.
PROGRESSIVE TOOLS
Creation of progressive tools for the automotive, electronics, industrial, micro-mobility, Easy-Open lids sectors, etc.

TOOLS ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT

Design of tools using 2D and 3D CAD software, creation of blanking simulations with dedicated FEM software, feasibility studies, and possibility of co-designing the product with the customer.

TOOLS MANUFACTURING DEPARTMENT

Our fleet of machines is divided into technology centers in order to maximize skills in each individual area by using the most innovative technical solutions available on the market, thus ensuring the highest quality level of our tools.

TOOLS ASSEMBLY AND MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

Highly specialized personnel dedicated to the assembly of new equipment, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of tools, both for tools dedicated to internal production and for tools at our customers’ production sites.

Thanks to the synergy of all internal departments, from the Toolshop to the production division, Malvestiti ensures the best design and advanced co-engineering services by coordinating several professional figures internally within a single flow oriented towards continuous improvement.
